Daniel M. Kornberg, RA, LEED AP
Daniel has been practicing architecture since 1990. Since then he has been a designer, project architect, and now principal with HarrisonKornberg Architects, the firm he started with James B. Harrison III in 2003. As Director of Design he oversees each project’s development, leading project teams through schematic design and design development phases and on to construction documents & construction. He remains involved from initial client meetings through close-out to ensure quality control at every phase. Daniel has been responsible for design and delivery of some of the firm’s most complex projects including healthcare, higher-ed, K-12, religious assembly, and office buildings. He also serves as HKA’s sustainability advisor and has worked through the LEED certification process on various projects.
Daniel thoroughly enjoys music and is known for hosting concerts at his home. He also enjoys golfing, but isn’t sure why.
