Unity Bank wished to increase their market presence and strategically selected the Downtown Pavilions as their first expansion location. This 1,110 sf limited service banking lobby was designed to accommodate walk-in bank customers and to service the banking needs of retail tenants within the Pavilions and other downtown retail centers. This build out also includes a 24-hour ATM.
With this new facility, Unity also wanted to update their brand identity. We used a limited material palette and clean modern detailing to create a sophisticated, welcoming interior environment, highlighting the bank’s signature red color. The sweeping curve of the customer counter organizes pedestrian circulation and adds dynamism to the small space. Lifestyle graphics and wall-mounted TV monitors reinforce the bank’s customer focus.
